Citizens- Article 15 - right against discrimination

Minorities -Article 29 - specific right -only minorities

Citizenship by birth

*26 jan,1950 - 1july,1987

Between these dates if you are born in india  then  you are the citizen of india no matter you parents is india or foreign.

On this date 1st july,1987 our govt. realise that the person of our neighbouring countries called refugies come india and their child was born in india then dirctly the citizenship of india was given to his/her child and this create a problem to country then  in 1987 the first amendment was occured and new time line was set up

1st july 1987 - 3 dec 2003

agar kisi bache ka birth india me hota hai to atleast uska ekk parents india citizen hona chahy.

Then the amendment was occured in 2003

↓

After 3rd Dec 2003 if a child is born in india then thier both aprents are india then they gave a citizenship of india.
